SILVER JETS COME CLOSE TO FIRST WIN

The Toronto Golden Jets have two men's teams entered in the MLWP league.  The second team plays under the banner of the Toronto Silver Jets.  The Jets' Silver team is sprinkled with several Grade 11 players and some recreational veterans.  Nevertheless, the Silver team went toe-to-toe with the Mavs before finally falling 12-8.  Stefan Mitic and Mohamed Rezk both scored a hat trick.  Singles went to David Rapoport and Matija Babic.
