GOLDEN JETS WOMEN OPEN MLWP SEASON WITH 2 WINS OVER DDO TEAMS

The Toronto Golden Jets women opened the 2015-16 MLWP season with back-to-back wins over DDO's Black and White teams at the UofT pool on the weekend.  Against DDO Black, the Jets got off to an early lead and never looked back paced by the hot hand of Megam MacCormac who scored six goals.  Ali Kraft and Jesse Colberg each netted a hat trick.  Ana Miroslavic had a pair while Emily Kelvin-Davies and Natalie Blouin scored once each.

The next morning the Jets started sluggishly but rounded into form to win 18-9.  MacCormac again held the hot hand with five goals.  Nicole Brown and Colberg each scored four times and single tallies were netted by Tanya Robinson, Marianne Tout, Katie Rich and Kelvin-Davies.
