JETS SENIOR WOMEN IN TOUGH IN MONTREAL

The Golden Jets senior women's team went to Montreal undermanned but played gamely all weekend. The weekend got off to a rocky start with a 8 hour snow storm drive that made the team miss its Friday night match against DDO White.

The next day, the Jets defeated DDO Black 6-3 and then lost to CAMO White 18-9. On Sunday, CAMO Blue beat the Jets 15-6 and then the first place Capital Wave won out over the Jets 12-10.

Veterans Brittany Sinclair and Nicole Brown and second year player Ali Kraft led the Jets with 8 goals apiece over the weekend. Ana Miroslavic added 3 goals, Tanya Robinson 2 and Marianne Tout one.
