JETS 19U BOYS SCORE UPSET WIN AT HOME

It was a dramatic game that saw local rivals Toronto Golden Jets and Mavs 19U boys teams play high intensity water polo right down to the final horn.  The teams were tied 2-2 after the first quarter, 3-3 at the half and 8-8 after three quarters.  They were still deadlocked at 10-10 midway through the final quarter when the Jets scored twice in a minute and then held on for the 12-11 victory.  David Rapoport scored 6 times to lead the charge.  Sukhmun Hare notched 4 goals and Marko Avdalovic and Stefan Vukovic each added one.  This was the second win for the Jets team which is by far the youngest team in the league.
