JETS U19 BOYS FINISH 4TH AT NATIONAL FINALS

The Golden Jets U19 boys traveled to Montreal on the weekend to participate in the NCL National Finals. Driving up on the first day, the team started sluggishly against Calgary and never recovered losing 15-5. The next day, in the bronze medal game, it was another game with CAMO. A see-saw battle saw the Jets fall just short losing 15-13. The season was still a great success and congratulations again to the team for winning the Eastern Conference!

JETS HAVE FUN EXCHANGE - MAKE NEW FRIENDS

The younger Golden Jets had a fun weekend as they shared sports experience with another club. The weekend began on Saturday with the Jets players traveling to play basketball with members of a community club. The basketballers then returned the visit the next day by playing water polo at the Jets practice (see photo).
Besides making new friends, the event allowed players the opportunity to play another sport, a basic philosophy in the Golden Jets development program.
