JETS WOMEN PROMINENT IN UofT INCREDIBLE STREAK
The University of Toronto women capped off a fourth straight perfect season winning the inaugural National Collegiate Water Polo (NCWP) Championship at Kingston this past weekend. In unprecedented style, the Blues dominated in both the semi final (16-7 vs Queens) and final (12-2 vs McMaster). Virtually the entire squad is comprised of Golden Jets players. Co-captain Ana Miroslavic, Ali Kraft and Megan MacCormac were named to the league All-Star team. MacCormac was named league MVP.

The University of Toronto men capped off a perfect season winning back the OUA Championship at Kingston this past weekend. In unprecedented style, the Blues produced shutouts in both the semi final (18-0 vs Queens) and final (7-0 vs Carleton). Virtually the entire squad is comprised of Golden Jets players. Daniel Ugray, Emre Tali and Euan Schofield were named to the league All-Star team. Goalie Emirhan Ozdemir recorded the shutouts while Ugray with 4 goals and Paul Spooner, Stefan Mitic and Schofield had the goals.

QUEST FOR GOLD APPLICATIONS OPEN

Ontario's Quest4Gold applications for 2016-2017 have just opened.  There are two ways to get an application in.  First, the club coach (in this case, Predrag) can submit a player's name.  Any players not submitted by Predrag can still apply directly to the Ontario association.  The criteria involve being born in 1998 or later, training a minimum of 5 times per week (every week), playing in the NCL and/or MLWP and accumulating points by having been to provincial and national team selection camps/tours.  If you feel you are worthy candidate, please speak to Predrag IMMEDIATELY.  Deadline for players to apply directly is this Friday, November 11.
